Delivery Schedule
Tegami Club is a monthly subscription service.
Orders confirmed by the 25th of each month are generally included in that month’s mailing and are shipped around the 27th.
Orders confirmed after the 25th are generally included in the following month’s mailing.
If a special shipping schedule applies, the schedule stated on the product page will take priority.
Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination and local postal service.
Payment Methods and Timing

Payment is charged when the initial order is placed. The subscription then renews automatically each month, and payment is charged on the applicable recurring billing date.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date.

Future subscription renewals may be canceled before the next billing date. Once an order for the current mailing has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
