Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your letter arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We will review each case individually and do our best to assist you.

Delivery & Tracking

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal service. Tegami Club letters are sent via untracked international mail, so we are unable to provide tracking information.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed for the current mailing, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
