Tegami Club ships letters from Japan once a month via Japan Post International Standard Mail.

1. Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Shipping to EU countries is currently unavailable due to additional regulatory and compliance requirements. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and hope to make shipping to more countries available in the future.

2. Monthly Shipping Schedule

Our regular monthly shipping schedule is as follows:

Orders placed by the 25th of each month will be included in that month’s mailing.

Letters are generally shipped from Japan around the 27th.

Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month’s mailing.

3. Delivery Times 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service. International mail may occasionally experience delays due to holidays, weather, postal conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

In Japan, Tegami Club is sent as letter mail. Depending on your country, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may still apply when your letter arrives. If any charges do apply, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tracking 

Tegami Club letters are sent without tracking. Tracking information is not available.

6. Shipping Address 

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Tegami Club cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
