Tegami Club ships letters from Japan once a month via Japan Post International Standard Mail.

1. Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

2. Monthly Shipping Schedule

Our regular monthly shipping schedule is as follows:

Orders placed by the 25th of each month will be included in that month’s mailing.

Letters are generally shipped from Japan around the 27th.

Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month’s mailing.

3. August 2026 Founding Edition

For the August 2026 Founding Edition only, a special launch schedule applies. Please refer to the product page for the current order deadline and shipping dates.

4. Delivery Times 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service. International mail may occasionally experience delays due to holidays, weather, postal conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking 

Tegami Club letters are sent without tracking. Tracking information is not available.

6. Shipping Address 

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Tegami Club cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
